Janine: I am at my happiest in the kitchen either baking or cooking. I have always enjoyed trying new recipes and inventing a few of my own . I probably get the passion from my Mum she is novice in the Kitchen. I have recently moved from sunny South Africa to a much colder UK and I look forward to bake and cook up a storm over here.
